    The Strategic Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing the company’s overall revenue streams for products and services sold. This position champions STE’s mission to provide its customers with the best industry solutions and leads their team in differentiating STE from its competitors in ways that generate higher levels of trust and credibility with our customers. Analysis and research historical trends, market trends, market capacity, purchasing trends, and competitive environment to drive strategy development and execution for new business acquisition (Large Fleets)

    Position Responsibilities:

    Identify opportunities for growth and development of existing accounts using a consultive based solution approach
    Develop and execute business plans and strategies to continually increase top line revenue, maximize margins and increase market share
    Analyze metrics and tools to identify new opportunities for target customer acquisition and existing customer retention
    Produce accurate forecasts for both existing and new business opportunities
    Development and maintenance of Strategic Account Plans with all accounts
    Link customer objectives to product solutions delivering a total value offering that creates a competitive advantage
    Create partnering opportunities with customer principles and key industry executives
    Develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment
    Participates with cross-functional teams, providing customer feedback on products and features as well as competitive information

    Active involvement in key industry associations and events
    Able to work from home when not traveling ( 50% tp 75% travel)

    Skills and Experience:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    5+ years of progressive sales experience working with strategic/national accounts
    Strong collaboration, communication and negotiation skills

    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
    Ability to travel 50-75%

    Preferred:

    Experience in manufacturing

    The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for the development of sales opportunities with national distributors. This role will focus on ensuring STE is establishing and maintaining strong and profitable working relationships with distributors for the purpose of generating maximum revenue, increasing market share and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include the analysis of market and sales trends as they pertain to the national channel, developing appropriate sales and marketing strategies and the implementation of those strategies.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of distributors
    Facilitates the development of annual sales growth goals and spearheads the growth planning between STE and distributors
    Communicate and drive performance goals with distributors
    Helps lead direction and implementation of strategic plans with distributors to achieve goals
    Track and report distributor metrics to sales leaders
    Recruit, qualify and onboard new distributors
    Aligns w/ distributors to schedule and facilitate key business review, executive meetings, etc
    Monitors and analyzes purchasing, scheduling, backlog adherence
    Develops and recommends programs and practices related to channel development

  • Experienced TIG welders needed!

    Top pay, great benefits! 1st and 2nd shift available.

    This position requires skills in welding, grinding, fabrication, and electrical, in order to efficiently repair tank trailers in a world-class manner. This position also requires mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting experience, and inspection and communication abilities. This is a fast-paced but rewarding work environment! 

    Second shift is 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM Monday through Thursday - OFF Friday, Sat and Sun with a $5.00 shift premium per hour above base wage.

    Position Responsibilities:
    Weld stainless steel for the production of tanks in various positions: flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead, etc.;
    Identify any fault in equipment operation or in relation to any material or equipment and notifying the supervisor;
    Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, bolting, Custom Fabricate or grind material as necessary to satisfy the technical requirements and create a welded final product;
    Operate other accessory equipment and perform some tasks necessary for welding metal, such as fusing metal segments, using gas tungsten arc, metal arc, plasma arc, Spray transfer, Pulse and other types of welding;
    Control the processes of fitting, burning and welding to avoid problems in relation to overheat, distortion, expansion or shrink of parts;
    Examine finished product to ensure specifications are met;
    Prepare and set up necessary tools and equipment for welding job such as GTAW, GMAW
    Read and understand basic prints/drawings to ensure accuracy of work performed.
    Qualifications and Experience:
    5+ years of experience as a TIG Welder/Fabricator.
    MIG & TIG welding experience including various processes therein is required; (Spray Transfer/Pulse/Short-Circuit etc.)
    Stainless steel welding experience is required; aluminum welding a plus.
    5+ years experience in custom fabrication.
    Skills and Abilities:
    Ability to read and understand technical drawings & blueprints;
    Strong mechanical aptitude;
    Good verbal and written communication skills;
    Capable of reading basic measuring equipment i.e. tape measures, rulers, levels etc.
    Professionalism and positive attitude is a must;
    Self-motivated, self-starter;
    Ability to use all extremities to efficiently operate manual tools and power tools;
    Ability to work in a variety of environments which may include exposure to extreme heat, humidity, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, loud noise, and all weather conditions;
    Climbing and working on, stairs, ladders, and scaffolding, at heights up to 15 feet is required;
    Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds;
    Must be able to work in confined spaces for extended periods of time;
    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus and ability to read engineering drawings, meters, and documentation;
    Ability to hear audible warning horns
    Must be able to effectively communicate verbally.
