NEW TRAILER LIMITED WARRANTY

STAINLESS TANK & EQUIPMENT, LLC, BELOIT, WISCONSIN (“STE”) as herin provided; warrants to the original purchaser that the new trailer manufactured by STE will be free from defects in materials and workmanship in normal use and service for a 3-year period from the date of delivery to the original purchaser and a 10-year transferable limited structural warranty. When properly maintained and used in normal consumer use, the main frame of the trailer, consisting of the crossmembers, side posts, roof beams, and coupler will be free from defective materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover tires, wheels, braking systems, landing gear, suspension components, springs, axles and axle components, brake linings, accessories, parts, wheel alignment, or other equipment not manufactured by STE. If these items are warranted by the manufacturer or supplier thereof, and such warranty may be extended to the original purchaser, STE will assign such warranties as may be capable of assignment and make available copies for review.
